Are you a Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser looking to join a highly personalised Chartered IFA firm where you can play a bigger role within a close-knit team environment?
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established independent advisory business with a strong reputation for delivering bespoke whole-of-market financial planning solutions. The successful Adviser will inherit an established client bank, providing immediate access to recurring business and long-term relationship management opportunities.
The business specialises primarily in pensions and investments, offering advisers the autonomy to deliver tailored advice without restrictive provider panels or heavily centralised investment propositions. The company is highly technology-driven, with strong paraplanning and administrative support allowing advisers to focus on delivering high-quality client outcomes.
This role would suit an Adviser from a larger corporate environment who is looking for greater autonomy, closer client relationships, and the opportunity to have a meaningful impact within a smaller independent firm.
The Role:
*Take over and manage an established client bank of approximately 120 clients
*Provide ongoing financial planning advice across pensions and investments
*Conduct regular client reviews and maintain long-term relationships
*Deliver whole-of-market independent financial advice tailored to individual needs
*Work closely with paraplanners and administrators to deliver compliant client solutions
*Utilise modern financial planning technology and systems to enhance client servicing
*Support business growth through referrals and relationship development
The Person:
*Level 4 Diploma qualified in Regulated Financial Planning
*Ambition to progress towards Chartered status
*Experience advising on pensions and investment planning
*Strong relationship management and communication skills
*Looking for a long-term opportunity within an independent firm
