HomeLet is looking for a new Media Sales Executive. The ideal candidate is customer-centric and results-oriented.
Job purpose:
To sell Sky services to customers by utilising outbound data and inbound calls/warm transfers from other areas of the business. Achieving and exceeding set targets and KPIs, whilst adhering to quality guidelines and scripting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sell Media Services directly to eligible customers.
2. Meet individual/exceed targets and assist in meeting team and business unit targets.
3. Make outbound calls on leads provided from agents and other areas of the business.
4. Maximise sales opportunities through ownership of your productivity.
5. Be aware of department targets and work as part of a team to positively influence these.
6. Support your team leader and step up to lead the team in their absence regarding conduct, behaviour, output, and tasks.
7. Approach each day with enthusiasm and a mindset to deliver.
8. Ensure TCF requirements are followed throughout processes and customer dealings.
9. Work using scripts/call guides.
10. Take ownership and responsibility for your workload and performance.
11. Stay updated on the latest offers and savings for HomeLet customers.
12. Achieve or exceed quality assessment targets.
13. Collaborate with all departments to deliver exceptional service.
14. Identify and recommend improvements to current working practices.
15. Effectively handle and log complaints.
16. Perform any other tasks as directed by Team Leaders or Managers.
Education/Qualifications:
* GCSE in English Language and Maths (or equivalent).
* Computer literate.
Experience and Knowledge:
* Proven sales experience.
* Experience working to targets.
* Experience with regulated products, non-advised/advised selling, or financial/insurance sectors.
