Job Description:
We are actively looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. Our local Commercial team has grown rapidly over the last 14 years, now with over 200 people across the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for building rapport with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to MDs/CEOs of large organizations, working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
About you:
* Strong attention to detail for reviewing client documentation, ensuring information is comprehensive and accurate to support the quoting process.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contacts to meet expectations and compliance standards.
* Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention, exceeding customer expectations, and meeting FCA requirements.

* Ability to process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support high levels of client service, internal processes, and informed analysis.
