Operations Manager - Haverfordwest Leisure Centre
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced & motivated Operations Manager to lead the delivery of outstanding leisure services at Haverfordwest Leisure Centre, a vibrant, multi-activity hub set against the stunning backdrop of West Wales Pembrokeshire coast.
The Role: As Operations Manager, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the leisure centre and its associated sites, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all visitors. You will lead and develop the Duty Officer team, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, health and safety, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Managing and motivating staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Overseeing the safe and efficient operation of all facilities, equipment, and services.
* Monitoring budgets, resources, and energy performance to drive efficiency and value for money.
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety, safeguarding, and industry best practice.
* Contributing to long-term operational improvements and the delivery of Pembrokeshire Leisures low-carbon commitments.

Salary: £32,061 - £35,412 per annum. Hours: 37 hours per week (including evenings and weekends as required).
