Due to the phenomenal success following our successful refurb and relaunch, we now seek to appoint a skilled individual for this important position.
About Your Role:
In this role you'll support the Management in the running of this venue. You will help to establish and maintain a benchmark of customer service for The Cardan Bar and Grill, leading by example and training others to give the best customer experience possible.
About the Team
Your team - made up of competent and passionate colleagues - will be led by an experienced management team. We want to make The Cardan Bar and Grill a showcase for fantastic drinks, amazing food and an unbeatable atmosphere.
About You
You\'ll have experience within the hospitality industry, or in a similar type of role in order to help steer the team. A knowledge of food, cocktails and other drinks is desirable but a willingness to learn if you don\'t is essential. We\'ve got all the tools, you just need to be excited to learn. You also must be customer focused, making sure every single experience a customer has with us is absolutely standout.
