You will get full training. This is a full time position on visa sponsorship.
**A VALID Driving Licence is essential for this role!**
We are currently recruiting for full time support workers to work in Staffordshire/Worcestershire.
Hours of work will be on a permanent two weekly rota with shift patterns covering our core operational hours.
The role will include supporting our clients with personal care; accessing a variety of activities, promoting independence, inclusion and learning.
We encourage our workers to work in a person centred way providing practical and emotional support children /young people in order to enable them to meet their goals and outcomes which are identified in their support plans.
Please note this is Community Support work - you will be working in people's individual homes. Home care.
Ability to demonstrate a can do approach that will give confidence to linkers/carers and families we are working with;
A valid Driving licence
Evidence of driving a manual car via video
We do not offer maintenance therefore you must have the funds to secure accommodation, buy a car and insure the car with business cover within 10 days of arriving in the UK for work use.
