The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail environment. Duties

* Maintain an organised and efficient shop environment, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
* Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a positive shopping experience.
* Handle administrative tasks, including inventory management, scheduling, and reporting.
* Train new employees on shop procedures, customer service standards, and product knowledge.
* Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to staff to improve results.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the shop.
