We are now seeking a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Team and Board. This pivotal role will lead the Trust’s financial strategy and governance, ensuring robust financial management and risk oversight. The CFO will work closely with Board colleagues to shape the Trust’s future and support its role as a leading partner in the ICS.
We are looking for a strategic and inclusive financial leader with a strong track record in driving performance and embedding sound financial governance. You’ll be an inspiring, action-oriented individual who brings compassion, collaboration, and a commitment to enabling change. While prior board experience is not essential, you must be confident working at a strategic level and in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders.
