Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 basic + £20,000 commission potential (OTE £65,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00; 1 in 3 Saturdays, 08:00 – 13:00 (paid as overtime at 1.5x)

Responsibilities
* Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to Lexus manufacturer standards
* Diagnose and resolve vehicle faults accurately using the latest diagnostic tools
* Complete vehicle health checks and MOT preparations (MOT licence preferred)
* Achieve and maintain workshop efficiency targets and contribute to overall team performance
* Liaise closely with service advisors to ensure clear communication and exceptional customer service
* Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety, and compliance with brand requirements
* Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds customer expectations
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Mechanic within a main dealer or large independent garage
* MOT testing licence preferred (not essential)
* Strong technical and diagnostic abilities
* Positive, proactive attitude and excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a 12-person technician team
* Commitment to meeting efficiency targets and maintaining high-quality standards
* Full UK driving licence required
