Location: Crawley Shifts: Night Shifts - 20:00pm to 07:30am Pay: 18£-19£ /hour We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and skilled Paediatric Complex Carer to support a 4-year-old child with complex medical needs during night shifts in their home. This role is ideal for someone confident with clinical tasks but who also enjoys creating a warm, supportive, and fun environment when the child is awake.

About the Role You will deliver essential overnight care while ensuring the child's safety, comfort, and wellbeing. The ideal carer will be fit, active, and willing to engage in gentle night-time play ,bath routines or activities ,while maintaining a calm, reassuring presence. Key Responsibilities
* PEG and pump feeding
* Monitoring and supporting BiPAP ventilation throughout the night
* Carrying out chest physiotherapy as guided by clinical professionals
* Providing comfort, reassurance, and activities if the child wakes
* Ensuring a safe, calm, and nurturing environment
* Keeping accurate overnight care records
* Working closely with the family and clinical team
