Job Description
* Managing Personal Conflicts of Interest, including Personal Account Dealing and Outside ---Business Activity
* Managing Transactional Conflict of Interest, including Conflicts of Interest and Information Barriers
* Managing the EMEA Permanent Insider List
* Managing the Watch List and Restricted List
* Managing the Wall Crossings Process
* Provide policy guidance and support to the wider Private Side Advisory function
The Successful Applicant
A successful Control Room AVP should have:
* A strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
* Knowledge of Control Room Operations an
* Experience in risk management or compliance roles.
* Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
* The ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
* A proactive approach to identifying and resolving compliance issues.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
