Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic RMN to work within a Outreach Homelessness team in Durham. Within this role you will be providing a comprehensive, specialist complex needs service for clients who are rough sleeping, have dual diagnosis, health, substance misuse and social needs. This role is working full time with guaranteed hours 37.5 hours per week preferably Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, there is possibility for some weekend work also. The post holder will have responsibility for mental health specific clinical governance activity within outreach services which will include the monitoring of standards of care and service, staff support, continuous professional development, supporting practice education and the implementation of policy and clinical guidelines The post holder will work largely in an outreach capacity supporting the harm reduction outreach and outreach rough sleeping services. In return for your commitment we are able to offer a very competitive rate of £30.33 per hour via umbrella. Contract type: Locum contract – 3 months with a view to extend beyond Person Specification: In order to be considered for the post you will need to have previous experience of working within a substance misuse setting, you will also need experience of assessing clients and prescribing safely and effectively and to best practice to meet clinical and psychosocial needs.
