The Role:
The successful candidate will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
Matters will include:
* Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
* Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* Shared ownership and Help to Buy matters (where applicable)
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
You will be expected to handle files independently while providing a high standard of client care and contributing to the continued success of the department.
The Candidate:

* Qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners
* Confident in running their own caseload with minimal supervision
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
