Salary: Up to £60,000-65,000 plus car

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead HSE in the region across diverse construction projects
* Coach site teams on compliance and best practice
* Conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments
* Influence and embed behavioural safety standards
What we’re looking for:
* NEBOSH-qualified with strong construction experience
* Confident managing multiple sites and stakeholders
* Skilled communicator who leads by example
* Up-to-date knowledge of UK H&S legislation
