Responsibilities
1. Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive dining experience.
2. Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar.
4. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
5. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
6. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
Qualifications
7. Previous restaurant/bar experience an advantage but not essential.
8. Strong serving skills and knowledge of food safety practices
9. Excellent hospitality and guest service abilities
10. Basic math skills for handling cash and card transactions
11. Effective time management skills to handle busy shifts
12. Culinary experience is a plus
13. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
