Job Title: Inbound Administrator
Location: Coleshill B46
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Overtime: Paid at time and a half after 37.5hrs
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – 2 weekly Rotating shifts
12 weeks temp to perm.
06:00 – 14:00 (2 weeks)
12:00 – 20:00 (2 weeks)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an Inbound Administrator to join a fast-paced and growing e-commerce logistics operation supporting one of the world’s leading global online marketplaces. This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern distribution environment where efficiency, accuracy, and strong teamwork are essential.
Working within the Inbound team, you will play a key role in ensuring all incoming stock is processed accurately and efficiently. You will support the smooth flow of goods into the warehouse, maintaining system accuracy and helping ensure products are available for fulfilment and dispatch.
This role would suit someone who has previous inbound administration experience within logistics or warehousing, strong organisational skills, and a good understanding of e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Processing inbound deliveries within internal systems and ensuring accurate stock receipt
Updating and maintaining records within SAP, WMS, and other warehouse systems
Coordinating inbound bookings and ensuring deliveries are scheduled correctly
Supporting the warehouse team with stock control and inventory accuracy
Investigating and resolving inbound discrepancies such as shortages, damages, or incorrect deliveries
Communicating with warehouse operatives, supervisors, and other departments to resolve issues quickly
Monitoring inbound documentation and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and compliant
Supporting quality checks on inbound goods to ensure standards are met
Maintaining accurate data entry and system updates in a fast-paced environment
Assisting with reporting, stock reconciliation, and administrative tasks as required
Skills & Experience
Previous Inbound Administration experience within a logistics or warehouse environment (preferred)
Experience working with SAP, WMS, or similar warehouse management systems
Strong computer and data entry skills
Understanding of e-commerce fulfilment operations and stock flow
Experience with stock control and inventory processes
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with warehouse teams
