Join a leading airline group as an Oracle HCM Project Manager!
Job Overview: Leading Airline Group is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Project Manager to lead the delivery of Release 2 of its Oracle Fusion HCM transformation programme. This role will drive end-to-end implementation of multiple HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance, and operational readiness in a complex enterprise environment.

* Daily Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35)
* Contract Length: Sep 2027
* Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM Release 2 implementation across all workstreams
* Manage project scope, timelines, budget, RAID logs, and governance reporting
* Oversee deployment of Performance, Talent, Learning, and HR Help Desk modules
* Coordinate testing phases including SIT, UAT, and business validation
* Ensure successful data migration, integrations, and security alignment
* Manage stakeholders across HR, IT, PMO, and third-party vendors
* Drive business readiness, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare support
Key Requirements
* Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM programmes or releases
* Strong knowledge of Performance, Talent, Learning, and HR Help Desk modules
* Expertise in enterprise programme delivery, governance, and RAID management
* Experience managing system integrators and offshore delivery teams
* Strong understanding of testing, data migration, and release management
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
