With up-and-coming technology and plans of growth, they are now looking for a proactive Operations Manager.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOperational Support: Assisting in forming deals, sending out proposals and reports, and managing operational activities when clients accept proposals (including contract management, supplier coordination, and issuing final reports)\nCRM Management: Maintaining and updating the CRM systems, ensuring all client and operational data is accurate and up to date\nAdministrative Processes: Run the full admin process alongside the founder, supporting client onboarding and ongoing client management\nSales Support: Contribute to sales activities, including proposal generation and follow-up, and support the business's growth objectives\nStrategic Input: Act as the go-to person for operational strategy, working closely with future hires to ensure operational capacity matches business growth\nInnovation & Research: Bring fresh ideas to the table, conduct independent research, a...
