Job Description


As a Junior Sous Chef, you will help deliver exceptional culinary experiences in a prestigious educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and Inspire:Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team.
* Menu Planning:Contribute to creating modern, fresh dishes.
* Quality Control:Ensure high standards in food preparation and presentation.
* Daily Operations:Oversee kitchen operations and inventory management.
* Special Events:Prepare meals for hospitality services and events.


Qualifications

* Proven experience as a JuniorSous Chefin a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen.
* Passion forleading a teamand creating innovative, mouth-watering dishes.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying calm, cool, and collected.
