About the Role
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the development and education of 30 enthusiastic and curious young learners. Working closely with a Level 3 EYFS Practitioner, you’ll be instrumental in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. You will focus on fostering active and creative learning experiences tailored to the needs of all children, including those with special educational needs. Your role will involve assisting in delivering a curriculum that promotes vocabulary development, engagement, and inclusivity, ensuring every child has equal opportunities to succeed.
