We are working with a highly reputed professional services firm, they are looking for a commercially minded Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic marketing transformation projects across brand, digital, campaigns, and sales development. This role offers the chance to shape governance, build capability, and drive high-impact delivery within a growing PMO environment.
The Role
Working closely with senior marketing and PMO leaders, you’ll take ownership of four major transformation initiatives:
* Brand: Elevate market reputation through executive profiling, thought leadership, and analyst engagement.
* Digital: Consolidate global agency relationships, implement new tools and capabilities, and define social strategy.
* International Campaigns: Coordinate cross-regional programmes to strengthen brand visibility and performance.
* Sales Development: Support the establishment of a new outbound team and ensure alignment with commercial goals.
Responsible for the programme budget, you’ll balance governance, delivery, and stakeholder engagement; ensuring visibility, control, and value realisation across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, ensuring pace, clarity, and measurable outcomes.
* Build structure and consistency through governance, reporting, and risk management.
* Collaborate across Marketing, Growth, Finance, HR, and Operations to align on priorities and remove delivery barriers.
* Track budgets, benefits, and progress to ensure each initiative delivers tangible value.
* Champion PMO best practice and continuous improvement across the programme.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience managing cross-functional marketing or transformation programmes.
* Strong understanding of PMO processes, governance, and benefits realisation.
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
* Familiarity with tools such as Asana or similar project portfolio platforms is beneficial.
