Overview
Personal Assistants (Support Workers) play a vital role in enabling individuals to achieve their goals and outcomes. Each day is unique – you may assist with personal care, moving and handling, positive behavioral support, and expanding the social networks and connections of the people we support.
Responsibilities
* Assist individuals with personal care and moving and handling tasks.
* Provide positive behavioral support and help expand social networks.
* Collaborate with the bespoke team to ensure safety, well‑being, and aspirations are met.
* Work with individuals through their personal support plans to help them achieve goals and celebrate successes.
Qualifications
* Ability to adapt communication style to build successful and enjoyable relationships.
* Commitment to work with individuals through personal support plans to ensure achievement of goals.
* Positive and flexible outlook; able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Prior experience in care is not required – transferable skills and values are valued.
