The role:
You'll deliver specialist building surveying services to clients across a variety of sectors, including offices, retail, industrial, and healthcare. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Dilapidations advice and negotiations
Refurbishment projects and contract administration
Pre-acquisition surveys and technical due diligence
Building condition assessments and reports
Clear, practical advice to clients, ensuring commercial objectives are met

Commercial property experience
APC candidates looking to develop, or MRICS-qualified surveyors ready to take the next step.
A solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to deliver clear, actionable advice to clients.
