In a nutshell
The HR Manager of Northern Europe leads the HR function in our Northern European subsidiaries. You will oversee all HR activities for the UK & Ireland and the Scandinavian entities (Ca. 180 HC), in order to ensure a consistent approach towards talent attraction & development, compensation and benefits, performance management, leadership and cultural and organizational development and legal & HR compliance.

What you will be doing
* Establishing open and transparent communication channels between employees and management to convey information, address concerns, and ensure everyone is informed about relevant matters.
* Managing the entire portfolio of Employee Lifecycle: Attraction, Recruiting, Onboarding, Engagement, Development, Termination & Exit.
* Collaboration with department heads and managers to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization. Continuous assessment and identification of specific learning objectives required to enhance employee performance.
* Ensuring that all necessary employment documents are completed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.
* Monitoring succession-planning programs for key positions are progressing.
* Overseeing and coordinating internal HR workflows and all work related to databases, administration.
* Supervising day-to-day HR operations and measuring performance against defined KPIs.
* Supporting management in the execution of talent, retention, and succession planning initiatives locally.
* Supporting management with resource planning locally, advising managers on local organizational structure design on the employee level with the support of the VP EMEA HR.
* Managing the budget for employee compensation, including all total rewards.
* Evaluating and adjusting benefit programs within budget constraints.
* Fostering culture of feedback and open communication, encouraging team members to approach colleagues from other functions or affiliates to obtain diverse input/feedback.
Your education & experience
* Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field is required. Educated to CIPD level 5 is preferred.
* Several years of progressive experience in HR generalist background and 3 to 5 years' experience in an HR leadership position.
* Experience in recruitment & selection for all employee levels.
* Preferably international experience, minimal experience in a multi-national company.
* Experience in developing or implementing HR projects.
