Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. Duties
* Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue.
* Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of service.
* Maintain an organised and efficient store environment that complies with company policies.
* Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and stock control.
* Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
* Utilise strong communication skills to engage with customers and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements
* Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
* Proficient in merchandising techniques and time management practices.
* Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
