Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and delivery-focused Global Desk Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of our international grant-making portfolio. This is a full-time, remote role with line management responsibilities across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing global grant onboarding and compliance
* Leading a small, distributed team
* Overseeing workflows, documentation, and issue resolution
* Supporting disbursement planning and partner communications
We’re looking for someone with:
* Experience in international grants, philanthropy, or operational coordination
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Confidence navigating systems and remote team dynamics
* A flexible, problem-solving mindset

Fee: £2,900/month (inclusive of VAT) – approx. £130/day
Contract: Individual consultant only – 12-month term
