10. Act as a trusted adviser to managers on complex HR matters.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:
11. Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
12. Proven expertise in TUPE, restructures, M&A Activity.
13. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
14. Experience in advising senior leaders and managing employee relations.
15. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
16. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
17. A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
