Legal Secretary Conveyancing Belfast £26,000 £30,000 DOE Full-Time | Permanent Nixon McQuade are delighted to be working with a well-established Belfast-based law firm, who are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong conveyancing secretary to step into a hands-on role supporting the full property transaction lifecycle within a supportive and close-knit environment. The Role You will provide comprehensive secretarial support within a busy conveyancing department, assisting fee earners with residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Duties will include: Audio and copy typing of conveyancing documents and correspondence Preparing contracts, completion statements and legal documentation Managing files from instruction through to post-completion Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties Handling Land Registry submissions and property searches Managing diaries, key dates and appointments Maintaining accurate case management systems and file records General administrative duties to support the wider team The Person Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within conveyancing Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process Excellent audio typing and document production skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator with a professional manner Ability to manage a busy workload and work independently The Rewards Competitive salary package (DOE) Stable and supportive working environment Varied and hands-on role within a busy team Opportunity to join an established and reputable firm For further information on this vacancy, please apply via the link below or contact Steafan McKenna in the strictest confidence.
