Responsibilities
1. Lead inclusion strategy – Chair the Inclusion Steering Group and ensure ERGs have a voice.
2. Drive global wellbeing – Coordinate Mental Health Champions and promote visibility.
3. Coach and upskill – Equip managers and employees with inclusion and wellbeing knowledge.
4. Celebrate awareness – Organize events and communications to highlight inclusion and wellbeing.
5. Deliver wellbeing initiatives – That support mental, physical, social, and emotional health.
6. Secure recognition – Research and implement external endorsements.
7. Facilitate training – Lead sessions on bias, psychological safety, cultural awareness, and inclusive leadership.
8. Communicate impact – Share activities internally and externally to raise profile.
9. Use data for action – Analyze workforce data to identify gaps and inform policies.
10. Track progress – Create analytics to measure inclusion and wellbeing performance.
11. Provide support – Act as a trusted advisor for employees with wellbeing or inclusion concerns.
