About the Role
Our client, a leading childcare provider in Southampton, Hampshire, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Full Time Early Years Practitioner - Level 3 to join their vibrant and nurturing team. As an integral member of our client's staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning, development, and well‑being of children aged 0‑5 years.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years and have a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children. You will be responsible for creating a stimulating and inclusive environment that promotes each child's unique abilities and interests. Our client is committed to providing exceptional care and education, and as such, you will be expected to plan and deliver high‑quality, age‑appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and a collaborative approach to each child's development. You will maintain accurate records, observations, and assessments to track progress and inform future planning. Our client values the importance of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children; therefore, you must have a sound understanding of child protection policies and procedures.

Qualifications
