Key Responsibilities: · Provide exceptional service during conferences, weddings, private dinners, and other hotel events. · Set up event spaces with attention to detail, following function sheets and layout plans. · Welcome guests warmly and professionally, acting as a memory maker throughout the event. · Serve food and beverages efficiently and in line with service standards. · Ensure the event space is kept clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the function. · Respond promptly to guest requests or changes during events, always with a can-do attitude. · Work closely with the kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth coordination and timing. · Assist with clearing and resetting of rooms post-event to prepare for the next function. · Comply with health and safety, hygiene, and licensing laws at all times. · Represent the hotel’s values and commitment to outstanding guest experience.
