Project Manager - Card Acquiring Domain\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology and business change projects, with a focus on the Card Acquiring domain. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals, timely delivery, and value realisation.\n\nThis role requires a hands-on leader who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing tactical execution with strategic thinking.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead the delivery of complex IT and business change projects, from initial concept through to implementation and post-deployment support.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.\nIdentify, evaluate, and recommend internal and third-party system solutions that meet business requirements.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between IT capabilities and business priorities.\nDrive the creation of business cases, project charters, scope documents, and rollout plans.\nManage project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources-making trade-off decisions as needed.\nOversee all phases of the project lifecycle including planning, execution, testing (UAT), go-live, and post-launch review.\nEnsure systems solutions are scalable, internationally capable, and compliant with enterprise standards.\nWork closely with Business Analysts, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure clarity of requirements and successful delivery.\nTrack project performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust plans as needed to stay aligned with objectives.\nCommunicate project status to senior leadership and stakeholders through reports and presentations.\nNavigate ambiguity and change with a proactive, solutions-driven approach. \n\nSkills & Experience\n\nMandatory:\n\nProven experience managing projects within the Card Acquiring or Payments domain.\n\nRequired:\n\nStrong background in delivering large-scale IT projects across the full project lifecycle.\nExperience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\nFamiliarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).\nSolid understanding of enterprise IT systems, architecture, and constraints.\nStrong budget management and resource planning capabilities.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience producing and managing project documentation, including business cases, plans, and governance artefacts.\n\nPreferred:\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.\nExperience with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and other PM platforms.\nUnderstanding of process automation, digital transformation, and system integration projects.\n\nKey Attributes\n\nStrategic mindset with a keen eye for detail.\nHighly organised and capable of managing competing priorities.\nComfortable dealing with ambiguity and shifting demands.\nStrong leadership and influencing skills.Collaborative and confident communicator at all levels of the business.\n\nRandstad Technologies Ltd is a leading specialist recruitment business for the IT & Engineering industries.
