About the Role

Through Teaching Personnel you’ll work in specialist schools, PRUs and inclusion units supporting pupils aged 5–16 with:

Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH)
Autism & ADHD
Learning difficulties
Behavioural and communication needs
Trauma or attachment‑related barriers
You will:

Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
Use trauma‑informed and restorative approaches
Help pupils with emotional regulation and classroom engagement
Work alongside teachers, behaviour mentors and SEN specialists
Contribute to supportive, structured and nurturing learning environments

Who We’re Looking For

You should be:

Open to specialist SEN/SEMH training
Available Monday–Friday (8:30–3:30)
Willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
