About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include: delivering pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects; managing the behaviour of pupils in the classroom; ensuring pupils remain on task and engaged with their work; responding to questions and supporting pupils where appropriate; supervising students during non-teaching times such as lunch or break; and reporting back to teaching staff on behaviour or progress.
