An exciting position has become available for a full-time Sales Administrator/ Customer Service Adviser based in Oldbury.
We are looking for a pro‑active, reliable individual, who can remain calm under peaks of pressure, to join our busy team and growing company with the following attributes.
Role Requirements
* Experience in a busy, fast paced environment.
* Able to work confidently and calmly under pressure.
* Previous administration/ customer service experience
* A high level of oral and written communication skills.
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
Role Responsibilities
* Action inbound enquiries
* Make outbound calls to current and potential customers
* Ensure customer queries are responded to daily via phone or email
* Manage customer orders
* Raise invoices using Xero
* Always ensuring a proactive approach to meet customers’ expectations
* Ensure the best customer journey is offered with a professional attitude
* Maintain a good working relationship with all customers
* Dispatch of orders.
* Assist at trade exhibitions, conferences and courses to promote the company’s products and services
