Learning & Development Trainer
Contract: Full-Time, 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract - Possible extension
Location: While ideally based in the Midlands, the role requires regular national travel to support training delivery across multiple locations.
Salary: Up to £41,000 per annum (Incl. of car allowance)

We are seeking an L&D Trainer to play a pivotal part in delivering operational training needs throughout the Dignity Group.
Working with our colleagues, you'll help design and implement our Operational People framework ensuring colleagues have the right skills and competence in their roles to deliver exceptional client service and understand their regulatory responsibilities.
There's lots to do so you'll need to have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working cross-functionally in teams.
