Senior Residential Surveyor
Remote-first working 60k basic 90k OTE AssocRICS or above 2+ years' experience (less considered for surveyor role)
The role
Deliver Level 2 and 3 residential building surveys for a growing surveying firm that uses bespoke reporting tech and full admin support, so surveyors spend their time on surveys and client relationships - not paperwork. You'll also build a referral network and contribute to business development.
What success looks like in year one
* Consistently deliver Level 2 and 3 surveys to agreed quality and turnaround standards
* Build a referral pipeline generating repeat instructions
* Contribute to at least one business development or marketing initiative
Requirements
* AssocRICS or above
* 2+ years' experience in Level 2 / 3 residential surveys (less considered for surveyor role)
* Solid technical knowledge and a client-focused approach
