Shrewsbury Town Foundation are looking for a Head of Business Operations to play a key role in helping our organisation thrive.
The Foundation uses the power of football to make a real difference within our communities across Shropshire.
Through our programmes, we support people of all ages to improve their health, wellbeing, confidence and opportunities, creating positive change in our communities every day.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Senior Leadership Team and help shape how the Foundation works behind the scenes, supporting our teams, strengthening our infrastructure and ensuring we can continue to deliver meaningful impact within our communities.
You’ll work closely with the Foundation Director and colleagues across the organisation to make sure our operations run smoothly and sustainably. This will include supporting financial planning, reviewing processes, helping teams work effectively, contributing to funding opportunities, and ensuring we meet the standards expected of a modern charity.
This role is about bringing people, ideas and processes together, so our programmes can focus on what they do best – making a difference with a positive impact.
We know that great candidates don’t always come from traditional routes, and we are keen to hear from people with a broad range of experiences and transferable skills. You may have developed your leadership, organisational or operational experience in the charity sector, education, sport, business, the public sector or elsewhere.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who:
