Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency within the Manufacturing/Automotive sector.
* Support managers with employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary processes.
* Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
* Contribute to the development and delivery of HR initiatives and projects that drive improvement and engagement.
* Monitor and analyse HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
* Advise on employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives to promote a positive working environment.
* Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations across the Manufacturing/Automotive operation.
The Successful Applicant
* A solid background in Human Resources within the Manufacturing/Automotive sector.
* Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* A proven ability to advise managers on employee relations and performance management.
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong working relationships.
* The capacity to handle confidential information with professionalism.
* A proactive and solution‑focused approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
* Based in Solihull or Birmingham.
* CIPD 3 or 5 qualified.
