We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to guide, motivate, and develop a dedicated team in our clients fast-paced industrial division.

Type: Permanent Monday to Friday
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Salary: £31,075 per year
Holidays: 28 Days
You’ll oversee daily operations, maintain high quality standards, hit performance targets, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction all while fostering a safe, hygienic work environment.
You’ll report to the Production Manager and may occasionally cover for both the Production and Operations Managers, giving you valuable exposure to broader operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and motivate your team to meet operational KPIs and budgetary targets.
* Monitor and maintain top-tier quality control and customer satisfaction.
* Support daily workflow, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
* Track and report on team performance.
* Basic HR matters.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

* Proven experience supervising teams in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
* Customer-focused, with a keen eye for quality.
* Adaptable and proactive in managing daily challenges.
