This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact supervisory role within a fast-paced Client Services function that sits at the heart of the business. You'll play a key role in shaping the first impression clients have of the firm, ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism and quality the firm is known for.
The Role
Working within a high-volume, dynamic environment, you will oversee a small team of Client Services Executives (circa 4–5), ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding service and operational excellence.
This is not a traditional management role, instead, you will act as a hands-on supervisor, mentor, and quality driver, supporting the team day-to-day while maintaining a clear focus on performance, standards, and continuous improvement.
You will
* Monitor and drive team performance against KPIs and SLAs
* Oversee the quality and accuracy of client enquiries and onboarding processes
* Act as a key knowledge-holder, supporting executives with queries and decision-making
* Coach and mentor team members, helping to build capability and confidence
* Identify trends and insights from management information to improve systems and processes
* Ensure workloads are effectively managed and service levels consistently achieved
* Work closely with senior leadership to provide insight on team performance and opportunities for improvement

You will demonstrate
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a similar environment
* Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and conversion performance
* The ability to motivate, support and develop others, fostering a strong team culture
* Excellent communication skills, professional, polished, and confident
* Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of client experience and business impact
* A high level of reliability and professionalism, with a consistent track record of performance
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and suggest improvements
