We are seeking a positive and personable Quality Assurance Administrator to support our Quality & Operations department. The role involves ensuring that sales demonstrations booked by Telemarketing meet the company's strict guidelines, organizing the sales diary, and working closely with the Sales Executives.
As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will listen to outbound calls made by our Telemarketing team to ensure the quality of demonstrations meets qualification criteria, and provide feedback to your manager. You will also be responsible for ensuring all appointments are attended where possible, calling in demonstrations, and occasionally rescheduling appointments.

* Previous experience in an office environment performing customer service and administrative duties
What would I be doing as a Quality Assurance Administrator at 4Com?
* Managing sales diaries, considering geographical complexities, and dealing with customer cancellation calls
* Assisting with and occasionally rescheduling demonstrations according to company policy, using scripts where appropriate
* Handling calls from sales executives regarding demonstrations and other information
* Assisting in producing sales statistics for management
* Completing post-demonstration surveys and calling non-selling appointments for feedback
* Arranging travel and accommodation for sales executives as needed
* Listening to voice recordings of booked demonstrations to ensure they meet qualifying criteria and reporting any discrepancies
* Informing management daily about demonstrations that do not qualify
* Removing non-qualifying demonstrations from the sales diary and notifying the manager
* Checking the database for duplicate demonstrations within 12 months and assessing whether to proceed
