The role
Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements:

Responsibilities: - We will build and maintain reports and dashboards in SAP SuccessFactors.
- We will respond to reporting requests and provide meaningful people data and insights.
- We will support the day-to-day operation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors.
- We will support configuration changes, testing, and system enhancements.
- We will ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- We will support HR users and stakeholders with system queries and reporting needs.

We are a global Professional Services organisation with a recently implemented SAP SuccessFactors environment, and this role offers immediate ownership and high visibility across the People function. This is a reporting-led 12-month fixed-term contract with genuine potential to become permanent, offering the opportunity to shape how HR data, dashboards, and insights are used by the business. We offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement in our London office, along with a salary of £40,000 to £50,000 plus bonus and benefits.
