Job Title: Bookkeeper (Part-Time)
Location: Lutterworth (LE17)
Hourly Pay: £15-£15.50 p/h
Job Type: Permanent | Part-time (circa 15–20 hours per week - apprroximately 2.5 days per week)
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a well-established and reputable business based in Lutterworth. You will be working as part of a small and friendly team, providing both bookkeeping and general office support.
This role would suit someone with previous bookkeeping experience and a good working knowledge of Sage, who is looking for a flexible, part-time position within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchase and sales ledger
* Monitoring the accounts inbox
* Bank reconciliations
* VAT returns
* Payroll
* Office support
* Assist the Accountant with month-end processes
* Support with cash flow forecasting
* Answering incoming telephone calls and handling queries
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience working as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
* Proficient user of Sage accounting software( Essential)
* Competent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Comfortable working within a small team environment
* Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and time management skills
