The Role Full-time Senior Teaching Assistant (term time, 40 weeks) Supporting pupils aged 4–18, including Post 16 Planning and delivering learning to individuals, small groups or whole classes under supervision Mentoring and guiding other support staff Supporting personal care, mobility and therapeutic programmes Contributing to assessment, EHCP reviews and Personal Learning Goals Supporting employability placements for older pupils Training and ongoing professional development will be provided.
