This role is varied and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and strong practitioner who is confident across the primary age phase. JOB REQUIREMENTS: ● Working with a wide range of class teachers to deliver excellent teaching and learning; ● Providing cover for class teachers for both PPA time as well as middle leader release time; ● Assess the needs of pupils and use detailed knowledge and specialist skills to support pupil’s learning; ● Maintain a safe and positive environment for all learners; ● Create opportunities for all learners to reach their potential; ● Recognising confidentiality, safeguarding and child protection procedures, Health & Safety and the policies of the school and the Trust; ● To lead some before and after school provision.
