Salary: £23.65 per hour + 15% shift allowance on hours worked between 22.00 - 06.00.

We are looking for someone who is a self‑motivated and proactive individual to work alongside the Shift Engineers and Site Maintenance Manager looking after the Site and Contractors, reporting to the Site Maintenance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Create a strong working relationship across the operations, Engineers and Site Maintenance Manager enabling the Engineering team to provide a first class service.
* Ensure that all spares issues are resolved efficiently and rapidly.
* Work in partnership with the operations teams to resolve all maintenance related issues, escalating as appropriate to the Site Maintenance Manager.
* To work with the CMMS system and help the continued use of the system across the site, both with the other Engineers and Site Maintenance Manager.
* Help manage Contractors on site.
* Checking site RAMS and SWPs are up to date and suitable for work.
Requirements
* Have previous experience and knowledge of Warehousing operation.
* Consistently work to a high standard and be able to work using their own initiative.
* Have previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
* Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal team working and leadership skills.
* A high level of flexibility to provide cover in the absence of the Site Maintenance Manager.
