EQUANS is looking for 2 x Learning & Development Coordinators to join our team based in Bristol on a temporary basis (1 x 6 Month FTC & 1 x 12 month FTC). These are full time roles working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £26, - £28, per annum, dependant upon skills and experience as well as benefits package.
This role is an integral part of the Learning & Development team which ensures the smooth running of in-house and external training. The team delivers a wide range of activities in areas including health & safety, technical, management, personal development, and team events.
Joining a team of dedicated Learning & Development coordinators, you will focus on providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Equans UK business.
What will you deliver?
1. Organise and plan training events as required to include all types of training
2. Arrange ad hoc training courses both in house and externally, ensuring joining instructions as communicated in a timely manner
3. Liaise with delegates and prospective delegates to acknowledge bookings and provide details about courses
4. Accurate preparation and despatch of joining instructions no less than three weeks prior to course
5. Check room bookings, materials and delegate lists three days prior to course notifying supplier of any amendments
6. Regular liaison with internal customers and external suppliers as necessary
7. Ensure that the Learning Management System (LMS) holds accurate information about all courses at all times. This will include setting up course events, updating training records and processing delegate bookings
8. Check and update all course costs following training events
9. Raise and notify suppliers of purchase order numbers as soon as course has been confirmed
10. Administer the cross-charging back to appropriate business areas
11. Update training records accurately % of the time
12. LMS admin, maintaining accurate course information
13. Check and process all training certificates (where applicable) and ensure certificates are despatched to the appropriate delegates
14. Always display a positive and helpful attitude to customers
15. Provide a high-quality service by telephone, e-mail, MS teams etc. and in writing to all customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
16. Act promptly to resolve customer complaints (or refer promptly if appropriate)
17. Keep customer informed of progress and what has been done
18. Act as ambassador for the learning and development team by actively promoting the offer
19. Provide ad-hoc administration support to the L&D Team as directed by the Manager
20. Production of ad-hoc reports as and when required.

Who are we looking for?
32. Experience of learning management systems
33. Good knowledge of IT systems (Microsoft Office)
34. Flexible and adaptable approach
35. Able to organise and plan own workload effectively to ensure deadlines are met

37. Able to liaise and communicate effectively both written and verbally
