Job Opportunity: Senior Service Advisor at Snows Motor Group
Based in the South and South-West of England, Snows Motor Group is an AM Top 50 automotive retailer covering 20 brands across 54 franchises. We are currently seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join our KIA Dealership in Newbury.
As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers seeking advice, servicing, and repairs for their vehicles. You will manage communication between the workshop and customers, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Your responsibilities include:
* Providing the best possible customer service and informing customers of all available products and services.
* Handling documentation, maintaining customer records, and following up as necessary.
* Providing estimates and notifying customers when work is completed.
* Ensuring warranty and goodwill submissions are accurately invoiced and costed.
* Preparing and presenting accurate invoices to facilitate payment.
* Monitoring workshop progress and informing service reception of any delays or issues.
* Offering guidance on mechanical and diagnostic queries as requested by technicians.
Requirements:
* Strong interpersonal skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
* Ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines.
* Quick learner with the ability to provide considered responses.
* Strong work ethic and adaptability.
* Attention to detail and high-quality work.
* Proficiency in PC/Web applications.
* Full clean driving license.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00 (with 1-hour lunch), and Saturday, 08:30 – 12:30 (rota basis).
