Senior Commercial Projects Executive - Marketing and Events

We are seeking a talented events & marketing project management executive to join our fast-paced team. Redactive Media Group supports a large sales force, delivering a variety of commercial projects including online and face-to-face events, digital campaign management, and sales marketing materials. The role involves managing multiple projects across our 50 award-winning media brands, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
The Commercial Projects team is the operational backbone of the sales floor, organizing webinars, recording podcasts, creating media packs, planning and executing events, and managing content fulfillment for our prestigious clients. The team strives to deliver excellent customer service, surpassing expectations.
With strong knowledge and experience in marketing and project management, ideally in a publishing environment, you will be well placed to succeed. You will work with our sales, editorial teams, clients, and stakeholders, with the support needed to deliver successful projects.
If you enjoy managing multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines, and producing high-quality work, this role offers valuable experience in multimedia publishing. You should demonstrate:
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently and in a team
* Initiative to improve outputs and understanding of project needs
* Proven project management skills
* Good understanding of the publishing industry
* Experience managing events, working with venues/suppliers, ordering marketing collateral, and using online event platforms
* Knowledge of desktop design platforms such as InDesign
* Experience with email marketing systems like Adestra
* Strong communication and influencing skills
* Ability to plan strategy and report progress
* Solutions-oriented mindset
* Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
* Resilience under pressure
* Proficiency with IT and digital platforms/tools
* Knowledge of Adobe products and Excel
* Professional company representation skills
